Asked for overs and mr c said that was fine but been thinking more about it with the 460hp I will end up with a slightly faker look than I would if I get unders. I do have tissue to cover the implant but the look I am after is big but natural not at all fake. My ops is Tuesday not sure what to do.
Hi vickie, you could always ask for partial unders which is where they put the implant in behind the breast tissue but then just put the top part of the muscle over the top part of the implant. I was initially going to go for this but I’ve not got enough breast tissue so i’m having full unders.
