Not what I expected

Hi girls
I had my ba last Tuesday from a 32a and wanted a very full c cup or a d. Mr traynor advised 300 and 325cc as I had assymetry, and this was the biggest he wanted to go. I’m 6 days pre op and the swelling has gone down and I’m feeling good after the surgery.

The only thing is, they really don’t look that much bigger. I know it’s only been six days and it takes time for them to fluff and drop, but looking at everyone’s photos, it seems like one week after their op their boobs are the shape and size they want and the fluffing and dropping just makes them look more natural. I’m really really upset to be honest as I’m thinking that if this is as big as they’re going to really get then there wasn’t much point doing it…

Hi Tashie, I’m the same as you my results weren’t what I imagined either but I just had the nurse call me as I had voiced my concerns on this forum and she said to try to reserve judgement until 6 weeks check up because they will change so much by then. It’s so hard to be patient but maybe we are worrying too early, I’m 10 days post op now and do feel happier with them than I did originally, hopefully you will do too as time goes on 🙂 what size were you before? x

@tashie I feel exactly the same! I’m just trying to be patient and keep telling myself to wait till the 6 week mark to make judgement. It’s nice to hear others are feeling the same, I’m sure we will love them in no time! Xx

@xkirsty thanks for that huni, I know I’m not the most patient person but just really really regretting not going bigger and already thinking about rebooking back in in a few years to go bigger, just can’t believe that it would end up costing double to get what I actually wanted 🙁 I’ll be 10 days post op on Friday so hopefully will be happier then! I was a flat small 32a before and I’m in a 34c sports bra now 6 days on, what size did you get huni? X

@laurapreston you had yours done on Tuesday at preston as well didn’t you? Are they not quite what you expected either then? X

Yes I did! No they arnt what I expected but it’s still such early days that I’m not worrying too much. It’s hard to stay positive sometimes but we have to as we have a long wait until we see the final result! Xx

I’m soo impatient as well, after about a week I was saying I’m going to have to get them redone again as soon as possible! I wish I had gone bigger but it’s far too early to tell what ours will end up looking like and I’m sure we’ll both end up loving them 🙂 I was completely flat 32AA before and got 425/450cc hp partials, now wearing 34C/32D which still seems small but when I think back to what I was before it’s such an improvement. What make of sports bra are you wearing? I’ve got m&s ones and the nurse said the sizes come up all wrong so will probably be bigger in most other shops.
I know it’s really hard but give it a bit longer and hopefully you will feel happier 🙂 I just looked at your pics and to me yours look much better than before, you have boobs now!! They’ll look great once they’ve settled 🙂 and if you’re really unhappy then talk to your pc or nurse cos they’ve all been helpful to me, I’m sure they will help make you feel better as well x

@xkirsty ah thanks huni, to be honest just talking about it on here has made me feel a bit better about them, think I just need to learn a bit of patience! I’ve got my one week check up on Wednesday night so I’ll talk to the nurse about it then, but I’m just expecting her to say to be patient lol! I’m in m and s zip up bras as well, so I might shop around after Wednesday! Xx

I know what you mean lovely, it’s nice just to talk to people who are going through the same thing! I’m going to stick to the m&s sports bras and then when I get measured at 6 weeks I hope I’ll be pleasantly surprised by what I measure elsewhere haha. @tasha-c123 I have a friend who was a very empty 30a/aa cup.
She had 300 overs and at first hers looked quite small, thy didnt look much different in clothes or her sports bra, and it took about 6 months to a year and they look COMPLETELY different!! now its been about 2 years and they look absoloutely amazing!!! she measures a 30d/dd but they do look more like a big C in my opinion!!, they have settled so nicely and they are so squishy now, I’d say they will change so much, from seeing my friends, she wished to go bigger but now she is so glad she didn’t because she is really petite!!

@sammyjanecraig ah thanks huni comments like this make me feel so much better!!! They just feel really small and hard at the moment and I know with time they’ll hopefully get better, I was just worrying as everyone else’s looked so good one week on! X

I haven’t had mine yet! but this forum is SO helpful! and I can confidently say if they feel and look hard, they definitely have lots of changing to do! Its hard to imagine it I guess, but I think it all depends how you heal as well, some girls who have similar cc to you might heal quicker so they’re happy sooner than others, but they will look so much different when settled, its so hard to have patience with paying out for them being done, but you’ll be fine 🙂 by just looking at your top half and describing what you were before your procedure, they look very very new, and its not uncommon to feel like you do 🙂 Have you been told to massage them to help them soften? I know some nurses/surgeons recommend it but some don’t xxx

You got a Small back chick so posable they could turn bit bigger than a C cup but just give them time they always look smaller than they really are did u have under part or overs xx

@mush78 I hope so!! I had partials, think I made the fatal mistake of going in to the consultation saying i wanted ‘smallish’ natural-looking boobs, now I’ve got the dreaded boob greed and wish I’d gone sooo much bigger! It’s crazy cus I knew this would happen as so many people think it after even when they’ve got great boobs, just can’t believe how much it has affected me! x

Awww chick this happend to me but I got 32G out of 385/415 cc as I had small back but my own dollys used always be quite big from tbe age of. 13years I was D cup come 14 years old and after that I was always up n down from FF and GG and 5 years ago I had my 3rd and took he took them away

Hey sweet , I’m nearly 5 weeks post op and I regret not doing my reasearch more and wish I had gone bigger , I love them naked but when trying a bra on , a really padded one I have no projection what so ever. I thought I wanted natural boobs too because I had nothing before but now I see other people’s and how nice they look , I want that . I’m grateful for having something now but because of how much I have paid I’m just disappointed in myself.

@megancooper87 ah sorry to hear that you’re not too happy with them hun, hope you don’t mind but I’ve just added you, just looking at your profile picture though yours look AMAZING!! If you’re only 5 weeks PO though then if you look at what some of the lovely girls have written above, your boobs have still got a long way to go too! Yours seriously look amazing but really hope they turn out how you want them to eventually xx

awwww I am pleased as Dr kazzazi has done an amazing job I just wish I’d gone a little bit bigger . yours look amazing , did you have them under the muscle ? you look similar shape to me and similar size before the op in terms of breast. I’m quite tall 5’9 and I’m a size 8 but I’m really broad and my I’ve got a pigeon chest. in 5 weeks they have changed loads though .

@megancooper87 hun I’ve just looked through your pictures and yours look so good, personally I would say that if you had gone any bigger you’d risk them looking fake but Looking at them now you just look naturally very blessed in the chest area lol! I had unders yeah, and to be honest just in a day they have changed and feel a tiny bit more boobylike! I’m 5’3 and an 8 so a bit shorter than you and not so slim unfortunately! So think mine need to go more squishy to suit my figure instead of being high and hard and pointy like they are now! X

Hey Hun I know exactly how you feel!! I had my op in Septemeber. I was a 32a with 325cc partials. I was Wearing a 34D sports bra but now I’m wearing a 32C! I didn’t get any dropping or fluffing they just got smaller. They are quiet small and it’s not noticeable that I’ve had anything done. 🙁 x

@Tashie Hiya babe, your boobs look lovely and perky! Hope your appointment with the nurse goes ok today, I was a 32AA pre-op and was initially offered 400 and 450cc, but asked for 500cc and went ahead with that and still have boob greed! I would definitely say you need to give them time to drop and fluff out, its too early to determine what your final size will be. My best friend had her breast enlargement done approx six months ago, she was a 34A post op, and a month after the surgery she was a 34c, but she is now a 34D and hasn’t put on any other weight so give them time! xx

@danir92 ah I’m sorry hun, i think its hard not to get boob greed cus they do get so big to start with anyway when they are swollen! Do you think you’ll have them redone at some point? I’d be happy with some perky c’s it’s better than what I had before!! X
