    My re op was approved last night.

    Lizzie has just told me my ‘case’ has now been passed to head office for approval. Wft????

    As if what they have done to me isn’t bad enough they are absolutely taking the piss!

    I need my op on 31st May as I’m a bridesmaid twice and have my own wedding – can you imagine me not being healed for my own wedding day through a mistake made by them in the first place!!!!!

    When will I hear from them?

    Mya said they were gonna look after me after making such a fuk up with my body – they just couldn’t care less though :-( x

    I’m getting a tummy tuck uplift with implants and lipo to flanks so the chances of me needing them to be there for aftercare are pretty high xx

    I had lipo arm lift uplift & implants. I needed it, lots of it. I’m just thankful that my surgeon gives a shit & has been brilliant, pc & clinic-waste of time. I had to chase them for things. Never had time for me once money paid. I’m gonna get stick for this now no doubt but I don’t give a toss. I was in for another uplift (revision) last nite. N mya jus topped my day off. Xxx

    They really could do with having two sides to the business, one for sales and another for things like this. The PC’s can be great but they are on commission at the end of the day so it all about £££’s whether we like it or not, and it’s not just MYA all the companies are like it, some have just been around longer so play the game better. xxx

    What they need is a patient aftercare team, the PCs are clearly concentrating on new business,an aftercare team should be put in place to Liaise with patients post op,if any issues arise these could be addressed immediately,come on mya its not rocket science is it.Happy customers recommend,referrals are more business,If you want to be the best out there, better than your competitors you have to have the edge,the edge is in patient care.And 5 star prices demand 5 star service.So Simple drop you prices and leave the service as it is,or leave your prices the same get rid of the people letting the company down,and concentrate on patient care.simples.xxx

    yep totally agree tina!! there should be a seperate team just for aftercare at each clinic let the pcs deal with new customers etc …its when u hear stories like this it so scary!! xx

    They should do with the PC’s what I do with my sales guys…don’t pay them commission until the job/product/service is finished and delivered and the customer is happy…money always concentrates the mind and delivers the best service x

    My implants had bottomed n my nips were too high, had them made slightly smaller & had another lift. Just one of thos things that can happen. I really like my surgeon she’s been amazing all the way through xxx

    Just so sad that some PCs are not focussed on patient care,the ones that are have a harder job to do because of this,I believe MYA to be a lot better than its competitors,it could be the elite,but these posts are appearing more and more and before long they will be just another provider,and that is so sad,who is monitoring and training the PCs,What are the clinic managers doing to improve this for the customers/patients.xxxx

    The main reason I am so stressed is because obviously I want my boobs done in time for my wedding. I’ve taken all my holidays from work for my wedding/honeymoon so any time I need off work for my op will be unpaid! I therefore need to let work know asap that I need this leave. So many reasons why I just need this sorted! x
