Numbness!!

Hi girls haven’t been on for a while but im 1 day post up and can only feel a bit of sensation in the top half of boobs none in bottom half or nipples please tell me this gets better dont wont to loose nipple sensation forever xx

I’m sure it will come back but be prepared for it to be slowly, i’m 2 weeks po and still have no sensation in the bottom half x

Apparently it’s very common. I’ve got no sensation at the side of my left boob but not too worried as the nurse warned me it was normal. Hopefully not too long for you Hun xx

I was completely numb after my op then about a week later the feeling slowly started coming back. Im now 2 weeks post op and just have a patch under each boob thats still numb. It is unfortunately a risk you take with the surgery, fingers crossed you get it back hun and for now enjoy the numbness cos its bloomin sore and sensitive when you regain feeling! xx

heya, im 5wks po n my boobs r stil numb underneath, side n nipple area. i dnt like it lol bt its normal n its a risk we take 2 gt our boobies. jus fingers crossd we get our feelings bk hey xx

im still numb from the nipple down and im 8.5 months post opp, the feeling can take up to 18 months to come back and some people never regain the feeling its a risk of ba xx

I wouldnt worry too much hun, it can take up to 18 months for your new additions to fully settle and get the feeling back, 5 weeks is still early days xx

me have numb boobs too

it took me 8 weeks for the numbness to start to go im 5mths now and back to normal

Hey i got mine done yesterday at 12 and they are so numb cant feel a thing apart from the cuts and i think they squeak when i move lol :S weird! I remember waking up and looking down and thinking – they arent a lot bigger but today they look a lot better but one is more swollen than the other :S weird – will put pics up soon though xx
