numbness around scar and still deep bruising, 2half weeks po???

hi girls,

i had a revision surgery on my right boob on the 10th nov, i had a haematoma and had really bad bruising on my boob and all down my side…

around the bottom of my boob is still brusied in an area and it is also numb round there, which is near where the scar is…

has any one got numbness still 2 and a half weeks po and also any bruising ???

im a little concerned there may still be a problem…

Im still numb in places underneath and im 3 weeks post op still feel a little tender too xx

I had no complications except for a slight reopening of one incision, I’m 7 weeks po tomorrow and I still can’t feel my scars or anything around them – expect for the inside which aches weirdly. I’m sure the sensitivity will come back eventually but it’s still early days, but the nurses are always on hand if you’re worried, especially as you’ve had complications already so that’s understandable that you’d want to be on the safe side. I was bruised for weeks. All the way around my ribs. I still had that ‘yellowey’ colour bruising at 5 weeks. It looked like someone had gone at me with a bat. Lol. I think it’ll b fine but i agree with princess about ringing the nurse if your worried. X

Bruising went away wk 5 for me and numbness too!x
