O.MY.GOD. as if i wasnt already confused enough!!!!!!!

Hi girls,

as you may know ive been going out of my mind tryna decide between 340 & 380s & now suddenly it feels like my op is no time away at all!!!! so starting to panic!

and then…. it suddenly dawned on me that mr traynor hadnt stated whether he’d be giving me unders or overs & to me tht wud make quite a big impact on my choice!

so i found out mr t was gonna b in newcastle clinic yesterday & asked julie to spk to him for me. it turns out he said the reason he didnt write it down is cz he was going to spk to me about it on the day of surgery!!! 😯 i no a lot of girls make their decision on the morning of their op but tht was never ever something i wud hav wanted to do! i wanted to go in positive about wot i was having!

to me unders/overs r a big difference (am i reading to much into it?) Furthermore he said tht after looking at me i wud probs b having OVERS!!!

well, this whole time i had jst assumed i wud b having unders, never even considered overs! i wud hav probs bin a lot less stressed about the pain & size to go for if i had known tht!

it now makes more sense to me y he sed he wud tell me to get the 300s if he cud (he offered 300,340,380) as if i had known he was considering overs i wud hav probs gone for 300 too!!!

i hav seen ‘giorgia’s 310 overs & think they r perfect! however i hav now ordered 340 & 380 & cancelled out the 300s!!! i dunno if theyve bin ordered or not yet but am considering getting in touch & changing it to 300 & 340 if am allowed?! am going for 300 if am having overs & 340 if am having unders!?

i wud never hav considered 380 overs & think 340s may even b too big for me. my friend had 340 overs & they look amazing but she is a 34 back and im more like a 30! (pics of me in underwear on my prof to give a better idea)

sorry for the ramblings girls but now i feel more confused than ever.. any advice?!

Hi Tashak!

Well then, what I would do is think of what size you would like to have if he says you’re having overs and what size you would like if having unders. Then ring Julie and make sure she orders both of those sizes in. Or, I’m sure you could ask for all 3 sizes to be available.

I had 340 unders and I never wanted big boobs but now I wish I’d chosen 380s as it’s amazing how quick you get used to them and they really, really don’t feel big after a few days of having them. Good luck! x

Hiya lisa, yeh am jst about to e-mail the Amy the receptionist to see if mine have already been ordered cz had originially asked for 340 & 380 to be ordered (even tho to be honest i had set my mind on 300s at the start but did get my mind changed loads by my PC) and if they havent been ordered to change it to 300 & 340, and probs go 300 for overs and 340 for unders?

From a 32A/30B size 6/8 ontop, 8/10 bottom, wud u say theyre good sizes to go for? or shud i stick at 340 & 380 and go 340 overs & 380 unders? ahhhh x

You’re in same dilemma I was. I was first booked in with Aurakzai and he only gave me options of 300 or 340. Whenever I tried the implants on at the clinic, the 300s looked a great size and the 340s looked too big. But then I soon realised that they’ll look smaller when they’re inside me and I changed to 340s. My surgeon then got changed to Helena and 300s were never mentioned, straight away she offered me 340s or 380s. Well, because I’d just got used to 340s being the bigger size I’d chosen, I was scared at the thought of going bigger again with the 380s. But I kind of wish I’d gone for 380s. There’s very very little difference. If I were you, I’d definately go for 380 unders or 340 overs. Honestly, you won’t be disappointed. Have a look at my pics, I’ve got 340 unders. And they look bigger when naked but in clothes, don’t look big at all. x

yeh ure so right thts exactly it its wen u get used to something then it all changes! well i think urs look perfect hun & i want the main difference to b without clothes anyway….. i was thinking of settling for 340 unders so wudnt tht mean i shud go for 300 overs if overs come out bigger than unders? but at the same time im not sure how happy id b going for the smallest id bin offered…. grr! am gonna go n c my pc this wkend n hav another chat but tbh think it will only confuse me more! xxx

Yeah, I would stick with 340s you know? Whether it’s overs or unders. I wouldn’t go for the smallest size they’ve offered. Stick with middle of the road, you’ll be safe. Not too small, not too big. x

du think hun..is there not a big difference between unders n overs tho? x

I could be wrong but think the main difference is the shape. But not sure. Overs will be at their full potential as soon as they’re done. Whereas unders take a while to ‘fluff’ because of the muscle taking it’s time to relax. Think once unders have fluffed, they should be same size as overs. Have you found any girls who’ve had 340 overs to look at their pics and compare with mine? x

I think you should be asking more forceful questions to your pc… I was told from my surgeon that he would not operate on anyone who was ‘making decisions on the day’… he said it is a recipe for disaster and regret.

Also, overs and unders are quite a big difference and not always a choice – I can only have overs without uplift or unders with…

my understanding is that unders can look more natural but is a more disruptive surgery with more pain and recovery, but overs fill out the top more… so it depends on your starting shape.

I’m going with 340 overs from 30B and hoping to be around 30DD. Also, I believe you lose 15% volume with unders.

Forestbabe, wish I could have had overs! You’ll be well chuffed with the result. You’ll definately get DD from 340s from a B cup. I was an empty B cup and I’m a D/DD with 340 unders. x

I think if I had the choice I would have gone with overs from the beginning even tho im sure unders look more natural, as I am a total wimp with pain and also the shape is rly important to me as I hate my shape probs more than the size!

What ive been told is that mr T basically doesnt think i deffo need overs or deffo need unders, so am guessing it will be up to me? Am meeting with him the day before my op to have another chat.

Lisa i havent managed to find pics of 340 overs, am trying to! I rly rly dnt wanna regret my choice so mayb shudnt go 300 but equally i dunno whether 380s will be too big for my frame.. But i no the difference is so tiny, grr so confusing xxx

Forest – i am probs a 30B too and if ure hoping to b a DD with 340 overs tht sounds amazing! I was told 300 wud prob take me to a C, 340 to a big C and 380 to a D??? xxx

theres really not much of a difference in size between unders and overs i dont think, u loose some size with unders but i wouldnt think it would be enough to be extremely recognisible id just go with the size you originally thought of x
