O My God…

was ment 2 b th 11th but got moved to th 15th at doncaster.. i canit wait only 7 more weeks 2 go lol im countin thm down =] yea im gttin 460cc but i duno if i want bigger or jst stay th same i dnt want huge 1s but u kno wen ppl tell u ur guna gt lyk a dd / e size n u start 2 kinda build ur hopes up tht ur guna gt tht but thn u dnt want 2 luk daft… i feel like tht im goin 2 c th nurse nxt friday so probs speak 2 my pc and see what she thinks i mean mr kazzaki said i coudl go bigger but i dont want 2 look to fake.. god its soo confusin.. i went shoppin 2day with my friend and she was buyin lovely bras and knickers i was lyk awwww i cnt wait 2 gt mine wen my boobs r done .. i hope everything goes ok for you xxxxx

unders is where the implant is put ‘under the chest muscle’ which they call sub-muscular, and overs is where they put the implant ‘over the muscle’ …so with overs the implant will sit behind your own breast tissue and glands.. thats why they call it sub-glandular. Mad i no hun x

so it depends on what kind of look you want to achieve as both achieve different looks.. for example some ladies prefer a more fake look, and obviously overs would achieve this more, as the implant is going to be more prominent, the outline being shown more than with unders. This is why i wanted unders for a more natural look but he said overs and explained that if i had unders then my natural breast tissue would just sag on its own and the implant wouldnt because it would be under the muscle.. so i would still end up with natural sagging. so with overs he said that the implant would fill out all aspects of the breast. but everyones different, and this is the case with me because i have sone breast tissue already {34b/c] whereas if u didnt have much breast tissue u wouldnt need to worry about this hun x

hmmm thats mad.. haha.. i dont even know if im havin over or under mr kazzai didnt tell me im goin bk on th 4th december so guna ask my pc what hes said.. i dont want to look fake so i think hel have mine under.. but i dont know he kept tellin me my frame was great and nothin was bigger than the other and i had plenty room for certain sizes but i didnt have a clue what he was goin on about haha.. bein on here is good tho coz im startin to learn abit more from peoples storiies.. but thanx darlin.. u excited to get urs done?? mines not till 15th jan =[ ages!!!!! haha xxx

Hi Sophie, i had 380 hp overs 3 months ago and mine do not look fake. I have breast fed 3 children and had plenty of breast tissue to fill up. Overs can look just as natural as unders, as long as you have enough breast tissue to cover the implant. Mr Kazzazi will do whatever is best for your breast shape, you don’t worry. Good luck xx

It is so difficult to say what size you will end up. I’m 5’7″ weigh 10 stone and a size 12
I was a small 36B and now a 36DD with 380’s (which i am very happy with)
As you are a full B now, i would have thought that 460 should get you to a DD / E

Hi sophie, yes im having mine mid january too, seems like ages away lol ;o{ and jacqui’s right it is hard to say what size yl end up, jacqui was kind enough to let me see her pics and golly they do look absolutely fab!!! and have made me feel alot better about having overs {which my surgeon has recommend me} and now i cant wait, im sooo excited!!! the best thing to do is take your surgeons advice hun because theyve most probably done thousands of Ba’s for different women, so they have a very good idea of how we will look after lol x

Hi sophie, yer im getin mine done on 13th jan at highgate.. phoned up pc tday t see about ordering 410cc in on the day of op and she said that she would stick with the bigger ones, but im just scared about the bigger they are.. the sooner them sagging, n i dont want to live in a bra 24/7 if ya know what i mean Lol 😐 so just hope the 460’s aint too heavy to deal with on an everyday basis! but a cant wait to just get them done!

yer tel me abt it.. its sooo confusin! my surgeon thinks a should have the 525’s, n iv seen afew pics of women with 525’s n they do look big lol, n although a want to go bigger and fuller, a dont want to be huouge lol, else think evri1 would be talkin to my breasts all the time Lol haha :surprised: a havent seen many 460’s yet, so gana keep trying to find some lol, ive seen afew 410’s and they turn out a nice size but dont no if they seem abit too small for me, as its really hard to tell how big they r in a pic lyk. we need to c thm in the flesh on sum1 lol haha, that would help mor, but not practical isit 😐

ok so i had my op on Wednesday, still wasnt sure about the size till my surgeon came to see me before i went down to the theatre. I/we decided the 460cc would be best for my frame. He said the 525 would give me that fuller fake look at the top.
Im glad i went for the 460 even thought they are very swollen i think when they settle they will look really good. Im currently wearing 34e bra but i also have a 34f that fits. Im hoping to be a full dd when they have settled.

Hiya casie Im 5ft4 size 10 and was 34b now wearing 34e, but i think they will be a dd when they settle and the swelling goes down. I had over the muscle . . i do have a so fem pog413 but i dont have my pics up yet i will do soon though.

I defo dont want any sagging and I think they look too fake over. I dont want to wear a push up bra and have the round bit at the top like posh spices. they look like they are just stuck on!! I cant really find anyone on the net who has 525’s. I dont want to become bigger than an E!! But the 460’s were just not big enough!! I’m sure we’ll all be happy at the end of it, I’ve heard no bad stories yet!!!

What date in Jan are you booked in for? I’m booked in for 13th Jan at Manchester. Not sure as to what implant size yet, as I don’t see the surgeon until Thursday. I’m a 34a at the moment 5’4″ and weigh 8st 4lb wanting to be a d. Its so confusing isn’t it? cos someone can have the exact same stats and implants as you but end up completely different sizes. Its crazy!! :confused: xx

Everybody is different, sometimes they are the same size boob pre op but all boobs are different shapes. If your surgeon asked what size you want to be then he’ll put the right implant in. I’m a 36B and I’m having 525 unders in 10 days!! This should take me to an E!! Hope it all goes well or you all.

I was thinking the same thing . . im having my op tomorrow!! And im a 34b 5ft4 size 10. Im undecided between 460 or 525 overs .. i think ill let my surgeon decided tomorrow!
I bought 34e bras so hoping they wont be any bigger than that!!
Im sure you’ll be fine they never look as big when they are done anyway!!

Hi Ejkwood.. now im confused lol.. had me consultation last week and was keen to have unders coz of what iv read and seen so far {that unders less likely to sag because the muscle supports the implant.. and obviously with overs there is nothing much to support the overlying implant} and so we agreed to go for 460cc over or 525 over, and so i asked whether i could perhaps have unders, and he said that he doesnt normally put them as unders if above a 410cc as the implant is too large to get under the breast muscle, but that he would try if i wanted him to on the day [if they wont fit then he’l just put them over the muscle] so im confused as to how your having 525’s under… who you having yours with hun..

Hi Polly13, im the same.. confused between 460’s and 525’s, although my surgeon favoured giving me the 525’s lol. i only want to be a DD/E and im 5’6, 9 and half stone and 34C at mo, and think am going to have the 460’s but everyone seems to say go for one size bigger than what you want because they look 15 % smaller once in your body apparently. i just dont want to be dissappointed lol, but seems to me like im going to be huge with these size implants Lol!

Hi Again, I’ve just chatted with Mr Kazzazi and it is approximately every 150 cc is equivalent to one cup size. However there are other factors to consider including your 3 dimensional measurement so everyone is different!! Hope this helpss

hey girls, i was a 32c b4 my op 3 weeks ago, i had 460 overs and im a FF/G now…all awelling has gone, my nurse said at my check up..they even want me to have pics taken for the waiting room or b4 and after on the website, she cnt believe how fast ive healed…lol

hiya casiej and ejkwood, i had 525cc under my muscle, they are fine, not really painful, I had mr kazzazi, he is wonderful. I f you want ne pics let me know, I had them done in August, I was a 34 b but now im a 34g but look a DD, I have been for my 12 week post op today with him, and had a consultation to go even bigger, wish he could have gotten bigger ones in first op.

Hey, i’m a empty 32c and had 410 overs 5 days ago, i’m in a 34E sports bra and its abit tight, i bought a 34D, 34DD aswell but too small. i’d def buy bigger sizes than you think you’ll need! xxxx

hey there!! you just go for that bigger size! they will look fantastic!! wish i cud have had bigger!! i wasnt allowed any bigger cos i had an uplift aswell!! but i am a nice 32e now!! but the thing is! a fake e cup is alot diff to a natural e cup if you know what i mean!! its more the wideness than anything else!! so yours will look fine. i had 340cc from a saggy 34b and now 32e!! its great!!!! but if the surgeon said i cud have had bigger i would have said “hell yah!! ha ha!!
