Obs before surgery ??

Hi I’m booked for surgery Wednesday just wondering what obs do u have b4 the operation?

Weight blood pressure and they listen to your chest xx

You do have a urine sample to check whether you are pregnant, not sure they check it for anything else xx

Hi I only had a urine sample and blood pressure. Then the ward doctor came and listened to my chest before the Anethasist came in ( propably as I’m a smoker) Possibly depends on your medical history to what obs they do. I know some surgeons do a nicotine test but not sure which ones sorry

Bp, pulse, 02 level, temp, weight and urine test x

Does mr giannis do a nicotine test? My op is 29th of December and I’m really struggling to give up x
