Odd question!!

Apparantly Posh Spice no longer has any kind of implant, does anyone know of anyone who has had their implants permanently removed?

The reason I ask is because I keep working myself up into a state of CC/Bottoming out/Rippling/EXTRUSION!!NECROSIS!! etc and just wondered if something was to happen that put you off having them replaced what would you be left with if you just had them taken out? I can’t seem to find any pics of this on google..x

I’ve heard of a few people having theirs taken out, I always wonder if they’re now completely flat or saggy with space where the implant was x

bet they would go saggy and very loose wouldnt they i had very firm boobs before i had children but my boobs grew massive in pregnancies and now they are loose and droopy xxx

I thought the same but I can’t imagine Posh Spice settling for saggy boobs, there must be something that you can do if you want to go back to being natural and not look awful lol. This site suggests that you can keep the capsule that forms around the implant if you have not suffered CC and I can’t notice a difference in her boobs from pre implant and after the removal……I know it sounds really weird but it makes me feel better knowing that people have had them removed and looked alright after just in case something happens xx
