Oddly shaped & unevenly sized. Worried.

Since I had my strapping off I noticed that one boob was a lot larger than the other but thought it would settle down. I’m now nearly 6 weeks post op and they are still unevenly sized but they are both different shapes as well, it’s hard to see on pics but the front of one beneath my nipple is practically flat where as the other is curved. I don’t know whether it’s because they’re still settling or not but I’m so paranoid.

Have you had your po with surgeon yet? What did he say? They say they continue to change even upto first year, try not to worry although I know it hard x

No I haven’t. I’ve got a 6 week PO appointment on Thursday but as far as I’m aware that’s not with the surgeon :/ xx

I believe you see the surgeon on your second post op, hopefully I’m right and not to long to wait for him to give you some re assurance fingers crossed, let me know how you get on x

I hope so, I will let you know though Hun. Everyone always says how good they look so I hope it’s more a case of me being paranoid than anything major xx

seems this is a common thing on hear alot of girls have said the same thing lately ive seen alot of post, so it maybe something common and one just still abit more swollen and taking abit longer to settle xx

Ahh really? Maybe we’re just being silly then. Mine feels really noticeable but it’s probably because I see it every day :/ I hope everything goes ok for you Hun xx

my right has been like this since the op but seems to have settled overnight, im right handed too so im guessing its the muscle or something, I just cancelled our friendship by accident hun so ive re added you lol stupid ipad got a mind of its own xx

I’m 4 months po and my right is still a lot smaller than my left but when I went to see surgeon at 3 months, he said it was ok and told me to start massaging it. I can see the difference between them but my hubby can’t but I’m definitely not imaging it because you can see the difference when wearing a bra but apparently it will sort itself out in time. I bloody hope so xx

U know im the same babe and im only one day ahead of you. My partner noticed it last night let me tell u I am not sleeping properly because of it. Im so paranoid. X

It’s really horrible isn’t it? I keep staring at it in the mirror hoping it will go away lol. I really hope our issues sort themselves out because I’d hate to have another surgery so early on to correct it :/ xxx

Same here babe! In a way its goodwe both have it exactly the same post op if u no what I mean. My incision has started to give me shit mow too starting to wish I never had them done 🙁 x

Mine are really uneven too but i think its due to swelling. One is much bigger than the other and the other is still a bit of a cone shape lol – im only 11 days post op so know they have a lot of settling to do. Chelsea yours are prob still settling too, try not to worry its still early days at 6 weeks really hun x

Yes and me Nikki, I was sat on the phone sobbing the other day saying I’ve made a mistake and my other half (Mr Unsympathetic) was just like oh I knew there would be something wrong, I told you not to have them done -.-
