How much do tats hurts?and where wouid they hurt the most and least? xx

I have had two tattoos… one tiny one on my hip and one massive one on the side of my ribcage… I didn’t think either of them hurt to be honest.

Boney areas are supposed to hurt more than fleshy areas apparently! But like I mentioned, I had a 6 hour tattoo done on my ribcage with lots of shading and it didn’t really hurt, stung like a b*tch afterwards, lol. But that’s about it!

I have “craig” in hebrew on back of my neck and a flower with butterflys on my right foot. I love them. The one on my neck i wouldnt have known they were doing it if it werent for the sound the needle makes.

The foot i felt the outlining but not the colouring in. It wasnt painful more.like a small hot scratch xx

I’ve got afew one behind my ear/neck, one on my hip and another on my wrist. I’m planning a few more. They don’t hurt much, I felt no pain just stinging after. I think Tats are beautiful xx p.s I bought that boost bra from primark hush I’ve got it on now! It’s ace x

im not sure if you’ve seen my mahoosive one that starts on my ribs and goes down and round my thigh, but the only part i found painful was my outer thigh all the rest was pretty painless and my whole tattoo took 7 hours xx

ive got an unsual one on my wrist its a uv one, has anyone else got one one here, it only shows up under uv light, me and the bf had each others intials done as a sign of commitment but can only see them when we out clubbing usually lol xx

they a little bit more than normal tattoos, not many places do them i dont think, could be worth googling the area you live in to find out xx

I’ve got 4 one on each foot, a big one on my back and 1 inside/outer rim on my ear. and only one tattoo on my foot hurt, when ma boobs have settled im gunna get one on my ribs and round ma boobs xx

My friend had her hips pierced, and they looked so good! I really would like my hips pierced, but I have no fleshy bits there so I think it would hurt like hell

i want the center of my flower on my side tattoo pierced with a diamonte anchor, they’ve just started doing them where i live so hopefully in few weeks ill have it done, im slightly worried it will grown out like all my past peircing though.

i know a girl with hers done by her temple and theres no fat there, im sure you could have you hip done xx

I have a really low pain threshold and getting a tattoo on the base of my spine where there’s hardly any fat, didn’t hurt a bit. I quite liked it. x

I feel like such a wuss now lol, I have a big one on my back and it didn’t hurt that much it was just very uncomfortable the one on my foot absolutely killed me I was uncontrollably shaking having it done and the one on my lower stomach also hurt but I think it was maybe more because I was so anxious and tense as it was my first one and the last one on my hand is small but hurt the most n I had to get him to stop ! I’ve given birth naturally twice with no pain relief and don’t get me wrong it hurt but I thi k a tattoo is worse lol, I’m just really mard wen it comes to pain like that and needles but I love them. I defo want a uv one now aswel  X

God Stacey, you’re hardly a wuss if you’ve given birth without pain relief! Different types of pain must affect people in different ways. Don’t think there’s many would choose to give birth without pain relief. Well done! x

Thanks lisa lol, First time I had about 4 puffs of gas n air n the thing kept falling off in my mouth so I got annoyed n threw it lol but I was really quick in labour 3 hrs first time start to finish and 1 hr start to finish second time but tattoos honestly scare me more than giving birth lol! I think I’ll be really mard after my boobs though and it will really hurt me but if you expect the worst it can only be better I suppose X

I have 34 tattoos and every single fucking one hurt!! Had my fingers, neck and throat, thighs- inner and outer, stomach, whole back, feet, forarm, wrist, top of arm and my pubic mount lol tattooed.

And they all hurt!!

Ive got Anthony surrounded by butterflys on my lower back and a ladybird with katie written below it on my hip bone…they fuckin killed me..sorry to be honest huni but fuck!!!!!

I reckon its goin to have me up in the air cryin hun xx
