Heyy everyone got my op in 2 week today – 20th!! eeekk!
i knoow this is off subject and may sound stupid but do any of you know any excercises to putting weight on? mainly i want it on my arms and legs thoo! ha ha
im already a size 8/10 but i hate some of my body and when i eat it just goes to my bum! so i have slim belly/waist, j-lo bum then skinny arms and legs, and with getting big boobs i just wanted to add abit of weight in them areas as i hate showing either and cover my legs with tights and arms with cardi’s, hate it! ^^ lol

Umm not sure how you would make weight go there, apart from maybe get them muscley, get some dumbells and do some weights to tone them and make them bigger. Same for legs do lots of lunges

use to do dance at uni but since leaving ive got sooo lazy so all the shape in my arms and legs have just gone

Still deciding between 300 or 340cc, think it will be the 340 as im going from a 32aaaa, just dont want them to look like balloons!^^ lol xx

did you have unders??.. also! if its oki to ask, how was the pain after it? thats what im not looking forward to the most well the annasthetic infjection aswell cos im terrified of injections! ha ha xx
I had overs, so the pain wasn’t too bad, just a bit uncomfortable, but a girl on the same day as me had unders and she was fine and didn’t really have any pain either but i know people say it can be worse with unders. Aww you’ll be fine, just feels like a scratch when they give you the injection, then you drift off

Hi Hunn, swimming will really bulk up your arms and legs. Have a protein shake straight after a workout/swimming session too

Boxercise, All sports that use the upper body, press ups, leg raises, swimming, aquarobics, bench press, deadlifts, clean and jerks, squats to name a few
