Off topic..anyone had/got porceline veneers??

I am thinking about getting veneers on some of my teeth to straighten them up slightly..my teeth are fine now but just want that hollywood smile basically he he! ..anyone had any experience with them?, or know of a good place cost wise and look wise to get them done?

I got mine done with Andrea Ubhi in York. It’s really good there, the best place up this way by a mile. I love them, feel so much more confident and its really changed my face and smile for the better. I’d highly recommend doing it hun! xx

Hey, I have da Vinci veneers and I had them done with the Harley dental studio and it was about £16,000 for a full set. Never had any of them fall off and I’ve had them since I was 15 so that’s 4 years and I’ve never had any complications xx

Ooh Dolly would love a full set! may just have the money in a few months, do they look great i guess!? were yours bad before or okay?..mine are okay but i have a small jaw and my teeth at the back just dont show when i smile, I want that hollywood smile were they all show nice and wide when you smile! ..was told veneers will do this by bringing them all in line better…I just dont want to end up lke chloe simms off towie!!…

I never had bad teeth, they were quite straight but there were a couple of areas that were a little wonky like my bottom teeth and one of my canines but most people though I had worn braces! I just hated those wonky bits and my dentist told me that even if I had a retainer to straighten them out they would probably just move back into the same position as I got older, and it may become more obvious when my wisdom teeth come through (still haven’t got them!). So I thought I may as well just get a full set before my sweet 16

@lauraaxl I think most places offer finance options but my parents paid for mine as I was very young xx

PS you won’t look like Chloe Simms if your dentist uses Da Vinci veneers or something similar. This is because they are ultra thin and don’t give that bulbous, fake look that she has…each to their own though! I personally don’t think my teeth look like hers x

I’ve not had any problems with mine either, and I’ve had them for about 7 years now. I only had four fitted because the rest of my teeth were ok, just needed whitening to match the veneers so it wasnt too pricey. I had a brace on my bottoms to neaten them up. But I guess like with anything, you dont exactly what you will need until you get looked at by a professional.

Mine look like really amazing natural white teeth, only a few people know I had veneers, a lot of people just think I had them whitened or just that they never noticed how amazing my teeth were before. I wouldn’t be without them now, I think it totally transformed my face for the better xx

Hi i payed just over£3000 for mine i had 8 done at the top but mine needed alot of work so yours may b cheaper x
