off topic-anyone use an epilator?

im doin my legs for first time ever..ouch! but i need to start! stubble the next day is not a good look!

can u do ur bikini area with it though? it sounds abit like a chainsaw im scared to go near *There* with it lol!

I’ve used one before but i found it quite painful like tweezers pulling out the hairs! – You can use it on bikini tho that is fine!

Waxing is the way forward, it’s quicker and easier and as someone else is doing it for you, you can’t chicken out!!

I found an epilator so bloody painful, i chickened out adter a few times lol thought it might get easier but it didnt! Like emilylouise said i find waxing best as someone else is doing it so u cant stop lol! I have tried to grow hair for waxing tho and just cant let it gro, its vile lol xx

I use an epilator! It’s great for bikini line – that was actually the least painful place for me – but I dont do it all with epilator, just around the edges and the top (if you know what I mean)…I think the more intimate bits would really hurt lol.

Armpits hurts like absolute hell but its worth sticking with cos I only have to do them every few weeks now and when it does grow back its soft thin hairs not thick stubble. I’d recommend you get someone else to do it (gross I know) for the first few times and get them to go really slow! It doesnt work as well on my legs cos I’m quite fair and blonde but it does for other people I know xx

i dont have the money 2 go get waxed at the mo i think id swear & shout too much at the girl doing it too lol!

i just done my thighs, inner thigh hurt the most but its bearable.. yehh ive heard armpits is the worst bethy! lol ouchh!! i mite do what u do just the top & edges! its scaryy, men are so lucky its fine for them to be hairy!! x

I bought my epilator with all intentions of replacing shaving but it takes quite a long time. It is worth it though definitely… make sure you’re in the bath or just get out so your skins warm and soft, and pull the skin tight and it really doesn’t hurt your skin kinda gets used to it for you! I’m not a fan of is around bikini area because the hair is a lot tougher and it just doesn’t come out without going over it millions of times! Armpits too hmm as long as its not too long it gets a bit soothing after a while… .weird x
