OFF TOPIC – Hair extensions

So I want to get some decent hair extensions really just to give my hair more volume whilst I’m growing my layers out, I want them put in permanently not clip ins, anyone know any good salons in London where they do it and colour your hair for you? As I had highlights so need to keep them maintained at same time?? Any suggestions would be much appreciated as dont know much about them xxxx
