Off Topic… HELP! Smashed my car window!!

Ok so I’m an idiot and locked my keys in the car. Was nowhere near home so a police lady lent us her baton to smash a window through – what the hell do I tell auto glass?

Surely I can’t claim for smashing the window myself? So what am I supposed to say? If I say someone else did it won’t they ask for a crime reference number? And When I don’t have one they’ll ask me why I didn’t call the police?!

Police lady was a s***d idiot for telling you to smash the window. I’ve done it once (locked the car with the key inside + screaming 9-month old baby!). Police called AA man & he arrived within the 20 min & open the car within 20 sec…
