I have always been same weight no matter what I eat ( high metabolism) but went on the ‘food combining’ diet for health, and lost weight very quickly! everyone who i spoke to who hads tried it lost weight fast. you basically don’t have certain foods at same time/meal- 4 hrs minimum between any carbs and protein for eg.
Get the book at the library, it wasnt too hard to follow once you get into it.
i think droppin carbs is the main thing, especially wheat.
