So ladies I have always always had clear skin til about a year ago, now I always have them on my chin. I’ve tried everyfin, gone doctors n nuffin is clearing them. I was clear during the summer 4 lke 6 months so I really don’t understand what’s happening. After my op however my spots have gone really angry and the same 1s that literally onli came up during my op won’t go, they keep regrowing!! Also ever since my op my tummy hasn’t been healthy (hopefully u get the idea)! Could this b related? Has the meds in the op done sumfin? Or any1 got any idea what these sports cud b! X

i had really bad acne and i tried everything then i got some panoxyl if i spelt that right and wow its my new bestfriend, but that was years ago as i got them when i was 11-17, after my op i got loads around my chin and i used it again, got rid of them so quick! but you got to be careful with it as it burns your skin!

i was constipated for a week deff the meds, i just ate hot weetabix and that helped me xx

    Hi abbi

Please call the nurse if you are feeling unwell and she can give you advice.

Let me know if you need anything.

    Many thanks

I’m exactly the same… plagued on my chin. Trying everything but the constipation isn’t happening.. those toxins have got to get out somehow and unfortunately, it’s our skin which takes the rap.

Have to tried going for a steam facial with an extraction? Or go and see a skin care specialist?

I’ve booked myself in for one this week cause I just can’t take it anymore. Maybe do a small course of them. It’s probably blocked pores and the change in seasons doesn’t help.

Failing that, lots of fruit and water :)

Hope it gets better soon xxx
