Where do you have to go for your check ups with the nurse! stupid question that I think I already know the answer too. Hubby’s gonna be peed off if he needs to have another day of work to take me, bugger seriously didn’t think about the check ups when do you have to go? xx

Around 5 days after Op and then week after that. That’s what I’ve been told so far. My first check up is tomorrow. Bristol clinic

Oh God! my fella is going to hit the bloody roof!!! I have already laid the law down about him not going out of the country with work for a few weeks to help me out, but asking for him to take more time off from his precious job i think will tip him over the edge

Op will be on the Thursday so will probs need to go back Tuesday? bugger. I have been going to the Birmingham clinics for my consultations, would I go back there for my checks or will it be the hospital (which is over 2 hours away from my house!)

Hiya, u go bk to the clinic.

I had a 1wk check, followed by three other checks within the bfs pace of two weeks due to my skin reacting with stitches. Then a six week check with mr traynor! He discharged me then!

However…

If no problems

1wk check-nurse

6wk check-nurse (or surgeon if u have mr t)

12wk check-surgeon

6mnth check-surgeon/nurse

12mnth check-surgeon/nurse!!

Mr traynor didnt wanna see me again as he was haopy, however he said i coukd book anytime,

I’m in Bristol, my ba is in London in 9 days on 26th and my nurse booked me in already for follow up on 6th aug at the clinic in Bristol where all the appointments have been so far. Have you had your pre op check with nurse yet? Because it was in this appointment the nurse booked the follow up. I’m having trouble with my husband too, makes you feel miserable doesn’t it?! I know Natalie, it’s peeing me off. I can’t moan too much though because he is my guarantor, he means well really and I suppose he is the major earner..one day I will catch him up though muahahaha!! xx
