Hi Micha, MYA use a hospital in Manchester not sure why but i don’t think they have one closer!
Day after my op and its not so bad just feeling tight and arms are a bit sore thats it and i had unders im just keeping on top of my pain killers!!!xxx

Overs dont always give a fake look, it depends on the person itself. u can still get a natural look with overs. U only have unders if u dont have enough breast tissue and therefore overs are for people who have a bit of breast tissue. So dont get put off when people say overs look more fake. Hope this helps for some girls!

i think depends what uv got to start with, i had 2 children so boobs were bit saggy if i had unders would have had double boob where implant is higher than natural boob! not good look. i think the surgeon just does what will work best for your body or i think sometimes you get choice

Im having 460cc. I was allowed to choose between unders and overs so i think im going for unders! Wanted very natural and was told if I was planning on having more kids to go under. What your admission? xx

overs give more of a fake look as under go under the musle and give more natural but you can lose a bit of the implant size as it is going under. xx

Whats the difference between overs and unders? my surgeon never told me what iam getting dou get over if u are a small cup how does it work xxx

Wouldnt call it pain have had no pain releif yet, chest feels bit achey and heavy and taking it easy but totally bearable had no problems sleeping either. I know early days but so far so good xxx Mine were overs tho i think unders can be more painful but everyone different and im sure painkillers wilkl sort it out if you are in pain xx

Had mine yesterday, admission was 8am had op 11.15 and was discharged at 5pm. Try not too worry was nowhere near as bad as i was expecting and before you know it it will be all done. Good Luck hun xxxx

i think im in for 7.30 so my op should be in the morning hopfully, im only a day case so oping to be out late afternnon. xx
