ohhh forum speed looks better

Hullo I gave up for a while it was so slow trying to use the forum it looks to have sped up now 🙂 hurrah.

Back running have a problem with a knee injury which is very frustrating as i’m meant to be doing a marathon in 4 weeks (Milton Keynes). So hope the knee clears up, only did 27k in the last week, managed to do a 26k run just over a week ago so not the end of the world, just want to get one more long run in so that i’m confident before I go for it.

oh no! hope you recover soon! did u try putting elastic band around you knee? a friend of mine has weak knees and his always running with elastic band…
which bra do u use for running?

I don’t use an elastic band, but pretty much the equivalent off, a posh strap that does exactly the same but cost £20.

For running I wear a Shock Absorber Run Bra. It’s brilliant, keeps the girls under control, took a bit of getting used to, when I started i thumped myself a couple of times with my hands, but i’m used to them now 🙂
