ohhh no stretch marks

hey girls i need some help im 6 weeks post op an ive been rubbin bio oil and loads of moisturiser in my
new boobies however stretch marks seem to be appearing im so gutted……….
has any1 else had any after op and do they stay visable……
plz help im so guttedxx:sad:xxx
