we do offer the buttock implant procedure. It is a very specialist procedure and would have to be performed in London. You should be able to have a consultation in Birmingham with the surgeon who performs this procedure. Would you like me to get someone to call you about this?

My bum is jiggly, I blame that on sitting behind a desk all day! I did do squats and lunges at 1 point and think it did tone up. Once I can start exercising again Im gonna ask Nikki for a plan to get my bum in shape and my arms thinner cos they are massive!!!! xx

You can get fat transfer infections- from unwanted places to bum! like 2 procedures in one haha… god knows where does it though xx

Im not having any more surgery. Will have to do it the hard way and gym it out!! I love my food too much tho and after a full days work just wanna get home and mooch infront of the tv! And I love cider and take away pizza so I supose that aint helping x
