ok boobs r fab but my back is killing me !!!

4 days post op boobs feel great still no pain but my god the lack of sleep and back pain from either sleeping sitting up or flat is enough to drive you mad !!

have any of you girs got any advice i’m starting to feel really exhuasted and starting to get a bit emotional

hun my back ached like mad for the first wk or so and i hardly got any sleep, i also didnt get have any pain but my back drove me crazy! However, it doesnt ache now im 11 days post op, so it will stop aching eventually, just needs bit of time to get used to your new assets xx

so we are allowed to lay flat then girls?? its well horrid lack of sleep,ive ben trying to sleep upright but keep sliding on to my side, not hurting tho ,im glad we can lay out straight on back tho x

im still propping myself up with pillows, and lying on my bk to sleep is a nightmare cos i usually sleep on my front so im not sleeping well at all!! Knackered lol xx

so pleased its not just me !

my husband has just left to play rugby so i’ve decided to get some sleep or at least try i’ve taken some co codamol as my mum said it will make me sleepy just want an hours good sleep,

cant believe i didn’t think that sleeping would be a problem.

love my boobs just had a sneeky peek and they r great but they both look like they have dents at the top any of you girls had this ?

You could always take an anti histamine like piriton or some other anti-allergy to make you drowsy, I’ve heard that works quite well xx

i wodnt worry, my boobs look a bit wonky too but i guess its all part of the process hun x

what would we do without this forum !

i couldn’t get through this without the help of all u girls,

finally had a couple of hours good sleep but my phone has none stop rung all day so i’m giving up now!

if any of you girls have had kids would you explain the feeling in your boobs the same as when your milk comes in ? i think its an identicle feeling very strange

yes,i thort that too about the milk in breast, not painful for achey and full/heavy type thing. lol?? does that evenb make sense.

ive had awful day today,felt faint,sleepy, weak, im hopin tommorow is better xx
