Ok I am really hacked of at MYA myself now!!! Started by: cragroo

    I cant beleive not only did they cancel my first BA day should of been November 1st @ Highfield in manchester but when my PC called to tell me this and when I asked why she just said they sometimes cancel for no reason and could I do the 7th. I agreed but now i have just checked my letter to see that they have changed my hospital from Highfield manchester to Park Hill Hospital which I googled and would appear to be in DONCASTER!!! why was I not informed of this at the time I just assumed would be same hospital……Im really annoyed about this and want an explanation and should have money knocked of for all the messing about. :?

    You should be compensated for the inconvenience and also ask them to pay for your travel as you had only agreed to an op in Manchester which is a fair way from Doncaster! X

    Yeah im going to go mad tomorrow with my PC and try get some compo. So fed up with them cant beleive they treat you like this when you pay all that money xx

    Cragroo – they changed mine from the 6th July @ Rochdale to the 7th July @ Preston – so they gave me transport to and from Preston courtesy of them! Make sure that they arrange transport and both pick u up and drop u off and they pay for it.

    Do MYA not realise that we (their customers) take time of work etc, and specially coordinate around the day off the op? Makes me really angry to see that they treat their customers this way. I just hope this doesn’t happen with me, as I have everything planned, and just can’t afford financially or time wise to be messed about like this by any company.

    It really pisses me off to hear that they treat their customers this way. If they continue, they’re going to get a reputation for it. Not to mention plenty of complaints and unhappy customers telling everyone of their bad experiences.

    That sucks Cragroo, you need to make sure you push for what 2cuks says. It’s not fair at all on you. It’s stressful as it is having a op without the added stress of having been mucked around. I hope they sort it for you hun xx

    I hear you Pavlova, I was really mad this morning because of all this stuff I was reading of unhappy customers on the forum. Some people really have been treated badly! I even posted something, probably shouldn’t have been so harsh though! It does appear there is a lot of unhappy customers but there’s a fair few happy ones too. So it swings too I guess xx

    I know what you mean pavlova and im sure it wont happen to you, but it is wrong like you say people move everything around for this and it is a big thing to us but then to change things last minute is not good business and if I hadnt already paid I would go else where im that anoyed with them so they better pay or I will cause bad press up to now ive been very happy with them but keep hearing more and more dissapointing stories. :(

    Hi guys do they do this often? as I have booked mine for the 29th and booked exaclty a week off ( I only have a weeks holiday left and I was told Id only need a week off work)? If they re scheduele I wont be able to do it :(
