omfg………….

i realli love my macom bra… im 1 wk post of today and been told i am not allowed to wearany bra for 6 weeks, only my macom breastband! my macom is so comfy and i cnt believe a cnt wear it

Why not… I thought that’s what they are designed for…? x

nurse said the way mario does the unders he dosnt like any kind of bra on….. onli the breastband for them to settle in xx

No way?! Just the band?! I’m wondering whether to bother buying a macom now. Do you think it’s still worth spending £30+ on it? Xx

just the band….. i had bought a few of the cheap vest tops from prinarmi with the lil tiny weenie bit of support in, iv got that on, then my breastband…… then clothes on top…… realli honestly no bra at all……. cnt believe it, im the girl who sits with no bra on holding them incse them fall off lol and now i cnt even wear a bra… just my luck xx

i hink alot of surgeons dont like you wearing a bra when you have unders. i had overs and i love my macom its so comfy, when i take it off my boobs still feel like there gona fall off lol x x

well that has been me… i have lived in my macom since day 1 and havnt liked taking it off x

i didnt buy it….. bcos it was never mentioned…. i was given it brand new in the packagin from the hospital…… who are u having belle?? as all surgeons have there own rules…. they are all so different as they do things different and believe in different things x

whats the breastband? is that like a band over the top half? am worried what to buy now as was thinking i would defo be getting the macom as it looks so supportive and comfy? x

i didnt get my macom till after the op because a few people had said just to get cheap sports bras, but they didnt feel like they were supporting me so ordered macom and it came in 2 days. its really comfy.

all the surgeons say different things, so if they want you to wear the macom you can just order it after the op! x x

True lol I’m just trying to get slightly organised! Plus all I can think about at the moment is having boobies!! Xx

the breastband is a band that fastens tightly at the top of ur chest…. the top of the band has to sit at the level of ur arm pitts and is approx 3inch from there down…… not realli big.. it holds the implant down and helps it settle… if you go on macom medical u will see the band on there.. x

ask your surgeon before buying one at your consult. [macom etc]

MR adamo said I didn’t need one so sold it on here. I must say it was nice having them free for 2 weeks them I changed to a CK soft bra.

Surgeons say different things depending on how they do the surgery so don’t buy one untill you know. – Also mine came so quickly in the post anyway!!

Hi same here i had unders with mario and i to am just to wear the breast band no bra but i still orderd it cuz nurse said bra wont hurt as long as i wear band.

but whats the band all about i hope it dont set them low because i dont want the implants lyin low the higher the better for me so im left a bit like ?????

Sorry girls – Haven’t read all the posts so maybe repeating what others say.

A breast band helps them drop quicker as it’s pushing the implants down. Any sort of bra (especially the macom which I had too) stops them from dropping.

I had to wear a bra 24/7 for 6 weeks and it was only when I got it off at 6 weeks that my boobs then dropped…. and quickly!! xxx
