Omg 16 weeks post op and there getting bigger!

Totally in shock! I wear my sports bra all the time as my job is physical. So at 5/6 weeks post op I got measured at 32E. Bought a few bras and they fit lovely. Tried on a few of my bras this weekend and I seem to be falling out of them. Measured myself with tape measure and it’s coming up as 32G. That can’t be right can it?
I will take myself to debenhams this week and have a fitting.
Is it normal to gain boobs 4 months post op.

@lisalili I had partials hun I wear my high impact sports bra 24/7 but past few weeks worn s asda soft and comfy for bed. I am wondering if my muscles have relaxed (is this fluffing)???
