emmajaneb,Dont even think about the weight honey,if you feel like a smoking,do something,have a glass of water go for a walk,tidy your wardrobe,exercise,I almost wore my stair carpet out running up and down stairs,lol.but it helped me get fit honestly honey apart from your BA it will be the best thing you ever do.I stopped 10 years ago,then Started again 5 years later,I only smoked for 5 months but it was harder to give up the second time,you can do it honey.xx
