OMG i am scared…Tues at 8 highgate. Was anyone else scared?

hey ladies,

I started to clear out my wardrobe today which made me cry to think that actually i am left with nothing to wear. I am so scared but so excited…got my op on tues at 8am @highgate. did anyone else get quite scared…? i have never had a op before. How did you calm down? any tips? xxx

Hey!!!!! I just wished you luck thinking your op was today! Glad I haven’t missed you It is honestly a breeze honey…nothing to be scared about. They are great at the hospital you aren’t on your own for long my admission was 7:30 and I got taken down to theatre about 10:30/10:45am so your time slot I would hope will be simular you may have a little wobble when you are walked down to theatre because at that moment it feels all so very real BUT remember you will wake up with your new boobies and you are going to LOVE them!!

I took a magazine and my ipod with me BUT I basically just sat and watched TV oh and I did a bit of knitting LOL!!!! it really calmed the excited nerves down though 😆

You will be just fine!!!! I cannot wait to hear your story!! I was in room 213 by the way just incase you have the same room – that’ll be funny!!

hiya i had my op yesterday at manchester. i was really nervous but the staff look after you. i am petrified of needles but the nurses are really good. when i woke up i wasnt in any pain. today i have woken up and it is a little achey i expected to be in lots of pain but i feel great. good luck for your op xx

Ashlee I was so scared I thought I was not going to be able to go through with it. I was on a Tuesday and highgate. It was a great experience it’s easy to say now but honestly you will say omg why did I wastle all that time worrying. Being put under is quite nice you feel like you blink and it is all done. Food is nice in the highgate. Enjoy the rest. Good luck x x
