OMg need to loose sum weight jus booked power plate

any1 been have booked course of 10, can u go on it after uv had u boobs done or do u have to weight a while xxx

not to scare i read somewhere on sofeminin they can displace implants, not sure how much truth is in it, apparently they not recommended after ba. xx

i got one in my house not a top end one but similar i started to use it but like anything like that its stuck in the spare room with dust on it, you still need to do exercises on it like lundges sit ups and push ups ets so you still need to be careful IF i start going on again im going to wait at least 12 weeks before i do do and wear about three bras lol x x

LOL jus want to get a bit in shapebefore my BA in aug so i can feel realy gud bout meself so gona try n loose at least half stone, ive heard it tones u up pretty quick, hope so xxx
