OMG SORE AS F*CK please give me some feeback

Had 460 unders on tuesday evening .barly move A can even reach for anything push me self back lie down or get up . I know it would hurt getting it up the muscle but jesus I feel helpless and pathetic .. Any advice . Xxxxx

First BA with unders is always the worst i remember it well felt like soneone was standing on my chest. my only advice is neck the painkillers x

chill out n relax hun xx first few days are really sore under the arms and across the chest xx sleep as much as possible x day 6 i was up and driving and having my nails done xx honest rest up u need it x

Hey Emma” hope you feel better soon!! Do you mind me asking… what size were you pre-op? Im requesting 460cc now but have been told i can only have 420cc im currently 32B so i duno if 460 is just far too big for my frame or whether surgeons just being awkward… xx hope you get lots of rest x

i was sore for almost a week, its so normal, just rest and find a personal slave my fella made a great one, and my son would do everything for me xx

hi babe it will bad pretty bad 4 the first week but does get easier im hoping when i have mine done again i never have 2 go through that again xxx

I felt terrible until day 5 (had 410 unders from 30a) now on day 6 have got myself dressed straightened my hair and sorted my eyebrows haha. Havent taken any painkillers in over 24hrs. It honestly does get better xx

I felt exactly the same as you, I couldn’t even flush the loo lol! My fella had to do it ha ha! I was loads better by day 7, and by day 10 I’d say I was about 85% back to normal! xx
