    Right I’m just over 2weeks post op after my tummy tuck, lipo, uplift with implants and I can start taking everything again! I wanna try and get my body healing and healthly again asap…what would you girlies recommend?

    A healthy diet always gives any body a good boost..

    -mango

    -papya

    -avacado

    (-these will help cleanse your liver and kidneys after all the drugs)

    -broccoli

    -fish

    -nuts

    etc…

    you know the stuff! xXx

    I agree with forestbabe, lots of fresh healthy food will always make you feel better…although stodge is good once in a while. Apparently pineapple and grapefruit help with your metabolism and just take it easy. Do what you can when you can, try not to over do it but get up and moving if you feel able. Im still pre op so got all this to come eek x x

    I love fish, had a fair bit of seafood since my op. I’m just finding cos I’m house bound (still not allowed to drive) that all I fo is eat. I really font want to be gaining weight now!! Xx

    Try and drink more water to fill you up hun and lots of veg. Fruit is good but it does have a fair bit of natural sugar in so just be careful with that one. Im sure you’ll be back to normal in no time and it will all be worth it :) x x

    100 % whey protein shakes, low cal.low carb high protein, protien is essential for body repair xx

    would the protein shakes mak you put on weight tho if your not exercising cause of recent surgery?xx

    No if used correctly quite the opposite you can drink them instead of a snack, mine has 80 cal per serving, less than a cereal bar and much better for u, they actually aid in weight loss, when used as meal replacement xx

    Think I might have a go at those Nikki. I just can’t afford to gain weight at the minute…or ever really!!! Put on 2lb in a week. Xx
