One boob dropping before the other- please help!

Hi girls, I’m 5 days post surgery and I have loved the results right up until I have woken up today and noticed a massive difference in my boobs.

One Is starting to feel and look gorgeous whilst the one with the slightly bigger implant looks smaller, is sitting really high up and really swollen.

Has anyone else found this? I’ve been so upset all day as I was loving them until now

I havnt had this but seen alot of people on here that have I think it’s very normal.
Did you have unders?

Your surgeon should or advised you this could happen don’t panic it’s normal! Xx

Completely normal, I have 350 in one and 400 in the other. My 350 has dropped and looking a natural shape where the bigger one is still swollen high up my chest, just because it’s been stretched more and is taking longer to recover x
