I’m having my ba on 21st feb. I’m having two different sized implants because I’ve got the same problem with one bigger than the other. But I’m just having the regular procedure. I know that the nipples will not look symmetrical but they will be a lot better than they are now! Xx

Hi I have the same problem as I am going for 2 different implant sizes and a nipple lift otherwise I was told I would need a lift in the future due to the size difference and gravity so I might as well get it all done at once. I’m a little worried about scarring but nothing can look as bad as my odd breasts at mo x

Me too, I am asymmetrical and so I’m having two different sized implants. I understand that they will never be absolutely identical but it will still be a great improvement on what I have right now : )

Ladies you CAN have identical breasts; don’t just settle for different sizes. You can have a reduction on one side to make it the same as the other, then the surgeon will probably reduce the nipple on the larger side and give it a lift so he can use the same size implants….having different sized implants is viewed by many surgeons as a ‘cheap quick fix’ and doesn’t work on everybody, plus you will most likely need further surgery because of the different sizes. I know this because my friend had that done and she wasn’t happy at all so she had to go back for the nipple reduction/lift and breast reduction on her left side; it’s best to get it all done at the same time.
