one boob is still funny shape…advice please?

im one week post op, one breast is healaing nice the other one has really bad bruising still and is a bit of an odd shape. is this normal? im sure it is. just need some reasurrance. had my dressings off yesterday and the scars are great. the nurse said that the brusiing looked liked lovebite style like they have been rubbing, im worried iv been overdoing it over the last week xxxxx
