A few hours after my ba i had noticed that my left boob was harder, higher, more painful and bigger and more swollen than the right .(both boobs were the same before ba )

This has been the case ever since, my surgeon said that my body should absorb it soon but that was in the first week i am 15 days po now and it is still really painfully and not dropping and still very swollen .

Is there something wrong its really getting me down . Im seeing my surgeon next wed so will ask him then but would like to know if anyone else had this and when it went ( if it did)

It’s like having 2 operations and both boobs will heal at different times. I am 5 weeks post op and one of mine is harder than the other and still feels a bit bruised x

Too early to judge things – I was still experiencing swelling, bruising and pain for the first four weeks. Is the pain manageable tho? And if there are any other worrying symptoms like oozing or fever get to a nurse. Try not to fret or panic. I wasn’t patient and pAnicked at the slightest thing. Try not to expect too much from your body it has been thru trauma and your boobs are mad at you at the moment. Give it time and everything will settle. I had unequal boobs and now have the opposed one slightly bigger. Your surgeon wd inform you if there was a difference or an unequal result. Is it possible that one was a tiny bit bigger to begin with. It’s very common. Other than that it’s probably swelling that you are analysing. I was obsessing over size, scars and stich marks until I shook myself and decided not to look at them fir two weeks and let them heal. That was a good move as when I looked properly at week 4 it was amazing the change !!!!
