One breast feels harder than the other is this normal xxx

I’m getting slightly scared because it’s been one week since I had my op and my left breast seems harder than the right on is this normal and when will it feel like the right on. Do I need to move my left arm more I don’t have a clue I’m going to get my dreesing took of by my nurse at Mya tomorrow can’t wait to see my new breasts for the first time xxx thank you xxx
