Hiya Kim, I had my surgery on Sunday and finding it very difficult moving around. I spent most of yesterday propped up in bed and doing the same today! I feel a lot more sore today, hoping this is the worst of it and tomorrow I start to feel better as all around my chest and back is killing me!! How are you sleeping?
I felt like this for about 5 days!! It does ease up, just get lots of rest and try not to do anything to strenuous so that you don’t pull your incisions 🙂 xxx
Thanks girls. Im just staying slouched up on the sofa today. Surprisingly ive slept through the night fine, woke up only a couple of times as miss laying on my side. The ice bags are helping. I was told to wear my sports bra but i got different sizes and wearing the biggest one because of swelling x
