One is so swollen

Hi, woke up this am and one of them is so much bigger then the other it’s swollen so much. My surgeon noticed yesterday but is this ok? Prob just panicking for nothing xxxx anyone else had this?

If your surgeon was worried I think he would have kept you there to keep an eye on you,breast react and heal differently,no two are the same,Ive seen many threads here about one been swollen more than the other,its early days,if you are worried contact the nurse,that’s what they are there for.xx
