One nipple higher, worried, advice please x

Hi , I have attached a picture, I’m 3 weeks post op this Friday.. Nipple on the right is higher and also the right boob is lower, dropped lower at the bottom whereas on the left the boob is more round, I’m hoping these even out but I can’t see changes yet..
Can anyone advise on this or if they have had anything like this ?
I love the size of them I’m just worried about the shape and position of the nipples.

Hi I have the same problem im only 8 days post op and my right is more round higher and harder with nipple higher the other left is lower and has a lower nipple and just seems larger in general and the difference is becoming more obv. They where also strapped in wonky cz i was able to tell through the strapping i dunno if thats made a difference?? I dont know why they got strapped in like that because they were level to start with. Can dropping or fluffing improve this? Is it common? has yours improved already because ot isnt very obvs to me hardly noticable mine is much worse im hoping because its so early they will even out?? Xx

No I don’t think mine have changed since, just swelling down abit but the shape or nipple hasn’t changed 🙁 really hoping it does xx

Only time will tell.. but I have seen such changes on here from people who have had 2 boobs looking really different to a few weeks later them being identical! Apart from the slight difference in them your result is amazing.. they look great! Just wait and see I am sure they will sort themselves out xx

I’m sure it takes around 6 weeks for them to completely settle so there is still time for them to even out, I must say they are a lovely size. If you don’t mind me asking what size were you pre op?

Hiya, im 11 weeks PO and mine have not evened out, nipples are still different levels, one boob is lower and falls to the side when i lie down braless, they have been different levels from the start so ive lost hope that they will even out 🙁 i only take pics when im wearing a bra coz i hate the look of them naked xxx

I’m seven weeks post op and mine are still uneven nipples and one is a lot lower but surgeon isn’t worried .. I honestly feel I just have to wait it out and see things at the six month mark .

im about 8 weeks PO now and mine have evened out, at first one nipple was noticeably higher than the other and my left dropped much quicker than my right. it was like it for a good 3-5 weeks! i was really nervous they where going to stay like it!
They’ve deffo evened out now and its like as if it happened overnight i noticed they had both dropped and both nipples are even.
Dont panic too much like i did, when they tell you its all a waiting game it really is! x

It takes up to 6 months for them to fully form they will both heal and d&f at the different times x

Hi hun I’m nearly 9 weeks post op and mine are uneven too. One boob is fuller at the bottom and nipple facing more up and the other boob is not so full at thw bottom and nipple facing more down. Lol. They are still softening and changing everyday. I love my boobs now and learnt that patience is what we all nred to have. So many changes will happen at different rates to everyone else. Don’t panic It’s all normal. Xxx

I went to see my surgeon today, he said by 3 month there basically gunna stay this way, not happy xx

I know there may be slight differences but I honestly think they look great! Hopefully they will even out with time.. Mine seem to improve everyday post op x
