Sterile pair of tweezers! I had a nipple lift and I had to pull one of mine out. At first i tried and it felt as though it was tugging and i was forcing it, so i waited another couple of days and tried again. It didn’t hurt at all, couldn’t feel a thing, there was no tension on it when I pulled it. I would say if you give it a pull and it feels stuck, I’d leave it another couple of days then try again. xx

I had loads. Most just pulled out quite easy, no big deal. Some tugged a bit, but they loosen up and eventually come out.
