One week post op! ??

Just had my one week check and the nurse said I’m healing perfectly! I’ve had no pain at all, worst part for me is sleeping upright. But hopefully only one week left!! I’m happy with my results so far and they can only get better once they’ve ‘dropped & fluffed’

hey yours look great im 6 days post op, with 400 mod + do you mind telling me when you were aloud to mot wear a macom or sports bra after surgery? i really want to look at mine but scared to take the bra off until ive seen my nurse.. did they say to you about if your aloud to not wear a support bra for a couple of hours or are you still wearing yours? x

@emiily hi, sorry I haven’t been on here for a couple of days! I’ve got my 2 week check on Tuesday and I believe I’ll have my plasters off for good at that check. I asked my nurse when I was 4 days PO and she said it’s okay to take your macom off for 10 mins here and there. I’ve been taking mine off for 10/15 minutes everyday cos my nipples are so sore from the pressure of the bra! I’m going out on bank holiday and I’m gonna ask if I’m okay to go bra less so I can let you know! I’ve wore my macom every day, when I wash it I just swap to a tesco sports bra. Hope this helps! Xx
