One week to go till new boobies!!!!

Hi guys, firstly thanks to the girls for accepting my friendship requests to view their piccies.It’s really helpful to have something to refer to.

Secondly any advice??!! I’m in for my op at highgate London 19th April.

I’ve shrunk to a AA cup as I’ve lost weight so what size do you think 435overs would make me?

What sort of things should I take in with me as a day case??

Any post op advice??Got a Macom bra, but ne other suggestions to help healing process?

Trying to give up smoking- got a nicorette inhaler, does that count as giving up or am I going to be frowned at?!

Nancy. I’m also a smoker and have read the effects this can have on the healing process. The inhaler will hopefully be a better option. The cigs cut down the oxygen in your blood and to the tissue which effects the healing so in the inhaler should be just fine. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been advised if you bruise easily “Arnica” tablet form. This minimises bruising.

Painkillers and ibuprofen! Your new best friends lol. Also plenty bed rest and lots of fluid. Drink plenty plenty water. Eat well and get lots of sleep.

It’s basically giving your body the best chance and to heal in as quick a time as possible.

Thanks, I’m gonna try and use my inhaler do dah all the time as from tomorrow!! I’m still having the crafty ciggy at the mo- took me ages to get to see the smoking advisory clinic!!!

So basically I’m going to be a walking nightmare as I’m off the pill as well!!!
