    Hi,
I am now 8 wks and had this around 4 wks too, at first it was just in left but then a little on right too. I saw nurse and my surgeon and I had excess fluid which he drained out, he just squeezed breast and collected fluid and if ur still numb u dont even feel it. I had a little trouble with wound healing after too with a blister forming because of the fluid build up so its best to see nurse a soon as you can. But mine are healing nicely now its just sometimes the fluid does not reabsorb and oozes out xx

hi hun i was exactly the same 5 weeks post op, if it is weeping alot go to your nurse she will give you iodine patches to put on it which brings out all the fluid. I also had a bit of infection at the end of one of my cuts which seems to be taking ages to heal i think cause the skins so tight. did u have disolvable stitches? cause this is what caused mine and the nurse just had to pull it out as didnt dissolve as it should she says it happens quite often xx

    Hi Cara,
Yes I had drains all night too, I had to go back twice to have left one drained and he did right one too but just a little bit came from that. Iv then had various different dressings this started about 3 wks ago and is all starting to heal nicely now. I think I was a bit of a rare case tho usually it just weeps a bit and a bit inodine fixes it. But there was still more fluid in mine leaving a blister to form across scar which needed to be opened and drained again it wasnt painful I was just worried about it. The only trouble I have now is a little tiny blister on right drain separate from scar which will eventually just reabsorb. Hope this helps didu have mr kazzazi if so hes a pro as he had to deal with mine lol and mine seem fine now xx
