    Hey girls,
I’m soooo excited as my op has now been booked for April 12th!! These next few weeks are going to drag I’m sure! Will keep you all posted with pics etc. I’m going from a 32aa and hoping to get a D! Can any of you help me out with a list of things I need to start getting? And what size sports bras I should be buying. I’m a size 8.

    Thank you xxxx

You will need front opening clothes for the first week or two depending on how much arm movement you have post op. Bendy straws were a life saver for me. I bought two Macom bras because I didn’t know my end result, with macom you only need to know your current back size. Pain killers for once the ones they give you have run out. Plenty of baby wipes for post op cleaning. Dry shampoo or someone to wash your hair for you lol. X

Hi babe I had mine friday and I would really recommend a v pillow, big top with buttons all up like a PJ top so you can get in it and some trackies , just something loose. I also took some juice and food for after, they do offer toast but I preferred my own bits.

Also buy a few button up tops for the weeks after as you won’t be able to move your arms much! X

Then with sports bra, go up one back size and then to the predicted cup. I got a shock absorber like one from m&s around £25 it’s super and then I got 2 ones from asda size small that open up at the front £8 each online only just get a small!! I also showed my nurse these and she agreed. X
