Op cancelled

So I was due to have surgery today at London Fitzroy and was so excited traveling down to finally get the boobs I’ve always wanted, only to receive a call half an hour before my appointment time to say my surgeon has cancelled his appointments for the day and gone home! I’m so upset as I’ve booked holiday of off work and so has my partner which is now going to be difficult to rearrange. Due to speak to my PC tomorrow to rearrange so hopefully it will be soon!
I was due to be having 325cc Unders so to cheer me up and get me excited again does anyone have any post Op pictures of your surgery?

Oh thats such a shame! I would have been so devastated especially the morning of the op when you have got so excited and prepared! X

Omg u poor thing who was your surgeon hun I don’t think I could cope with that preparing yourself and then saying u can’t have it done x

Mr Mashhadi was my surgeon. Apparently it was an admin error, they were meant to resend me my admission time to earlier at 7am rather than 10am as his other operations had cancelled but they never sent it to me and the surgeon didn’t want to wait for me to get there! I’m so upset that this has happened and I still don’t have another date confirmed yet.

I would be soooo gutted, my surgery is in 10 days. For them it may be nothing to cancel, but for us it’s huge. Not only do we prep ourselves for weeks/months beforehand. But as you say we take time off work and have other people there to help us. I hope they can give you some kind of compensation for all of this. Also I hope they can fit you in again asap. If you’re in on the 18th/19th I’ll be there so arrange it for then 😉 haha

Oh my goddess hun I be devestated and be wanting some reimbursements that’s terrible all because they didn’t want to wait! They bad in my opinion I’m having my surgery the 18th November and I’m havjng the same 325 HP unders xx

Being honest if be angry as hell, he didn’t want to wait!? Really dude I don’t think so … Admin made a mistake so go have a coffee & wait a few hours, it won’t kill you … People book time off, get kids sorted, spend travel money, book things, get mentally ready, pay alot of money etc so come on now

Not the first time I’ve read something like this & actually really gets me fuming as I could understand having to cancel for good reason but this isn’t that

Although this was a pain having it cancelled on the day, my PC Natasha at Chelmsford has really helped correct the problem and got me book in for this Friday! Im so excited but really nervous incase it gets cancelled again! Fingers crossed all goes well ????

Louise he’s a brilliant surgeon I had my ba 10 days ago! He was absolutely brilliant but I can understand how annoyed you must be I would be the same! Good luck x

You should ask for a discount due to the last minute cancellation as you have traveled down and lost holiday and say as I’m thinking of going somewhere else if not, as if you was to cancel you would have to pay a big fee x
