Op day

Hi girls – this might be a bit of a silly question but I am notorious for getting me nails done and was just wondering if you did go into get the op with gel nails on can they refuse to do it or has anyone been on with super natural nails just so there is something on to protect them.

Hey I’ve been told nails completely bare fingers and toes I would image they would turn you away with a extra fee if you came with anything on your nails xx

They need to be able to see your nail bed, I believe it’s to do with the colour change under anaesthetic. Helps them monitor if you’re ok

Yes they will turn you away, oxygen monitors that they put on your finger don’t work well through any type of polish xx
