Op on 23rd March – still not decided which size!!!

So my BA is next Friday at Fitzroy Hospital with Mr Singh, and I still haven’t decided on the size. I was originally offered 410s, 460s, and 525s, however Mr Singh said that he thought the 410s would be too small. I have slightly tubular breasts, so I’m having my creases lowered. I want my boobs to look as natural as possible, and I’m getting really worried that they are going to be too big, to the point where I was having nightmares about it the other night!

So 460s or 525s?! Would I be able to see on the day which Mr Singh thinks is best? I have asked for both sizes to be ordered!

Ive got mine on 25th and haven’t decided either! Im going to have another chat with the surgeon on the day, then make my final decision. Also have printed off some piccies of the size I like the look off and am going to show him and ask which would give me the closest look xx
