Op Saturday – Freaking out :(

Girls, I have my op on saturday with mr falladhar, I am 5’4 about a 34 b/c he said the max i could have was 400cc, im having high profile, overs, responsives… (i even went back and asked for bigger but he said that was max)
i saw another surgeon who offered me 440 – 525 but went with Mr Falladhar because i liked him more at the consultation..
i want to achieve a E cup and im so scared there gonna be too small and ill be disapointed.. and regret not changing while i still had the time!! i know ive left it a bit late as my op is 2 days away but im considering pulling out and seeing another surgeon.. or am i just being silly and panicking over nothing!!
Advice please??
