hey everyone, i had my op yesterday. there was a little delay due to some wires being crossed but i was happy sitting reading my book. Check in at 12 and went down for op at 2:30. Back on the ward by 3:30 and in the car going home by 6:45. All the staff were amazing and Mr Traynor made me feel right at ease. I had 500cc which he joked would be MASSIVE and that he would see me after kids for an up lift haha. After i woke up Mr Traynor came to see me and said “I’m going to take you back down and put 450cc in….. apparently i woke up and asked if i could have them smaller haha! he then said they actually looked really good, not too big at all and he was really pleased with them. He then patted me on my head and wished me a safe journey home.
I was so hungry and the toast and coffee was AMAZING!!
When i got home my boyfriend and my little dog played great nurses haha. I last took pain killers at 2am and i am in no pain at all at its 9:30 am. They are bit heavy when i stand up and bit sore but they do weigh 2.2lbs haha.
I dont really know what else to say but it has been an amazing experience since booking my consultation in january. Ill try add photos now. xxx
